a Board-Certified pediatrician with the American Board of Pediatrics. I have spent most of my life in the state of Georgia where I completed all my education and medical training. I received my undergraduate degree from Emory University, medical degree from GA-PCOM, and completed my residency training at Augusta University. I am a Board-Certified pediatrician with the American Board of Pediatrics. Community service is very important to me as I have been dedicated to various efforts in helping underprivileged families, including helping to educate children in the local refugee community in Atlanta, GA. I also value cultural competency and thoroughly enjoy traveling and learning about different cultures. Coming from a multicultural and multilingual background, I have developed a passion for learning new languages. I am fluent in English, conversational in Bengali, Urdu, and Hindi, and can hold limited conversation in Spanish; I am currently in the process of learning Arabic.

In my free time, I prefer to spend quality time with my family as well as engage in outdoor activities such as walking, jogging, biking, hiking, etc. As a thrill-seeker, I appreciate occasional high-voltage activities that add some spice to life and hope to try sky diving one day! Additionally, I enjoy various sports, martial arts, visual arts, poetry, and baking desserts. Also, I’m a huge Disney and Marvel fan!
